The community of Three Rivers is nestled in the foothills of Tulare County just minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Established in the late 1800s, Three Rivers has a long, rich history in the Central Valley. Bordered on the east by Sequoia National Park and the west primarily by Lake Kaweah, this hamlet of just over 2,000 people offers outstanding recreational opportunities year round.
Three Rivers boasts an outstanding K-12 school with high schoolers attending Woodlake Unified High School. There are doctors, dentists, grocery stores, hair salons and many more businesses in Three Rivers. The town offers excellent lodging for guests and several restaurants along Highway 198 (Sierra Dr.). Several dozen artists call Three Rivers home with several shops and studios open all year long.
When Springtime arrives the community is host to a variety of events including music festivals, western events and arts and crafts fairs.
